‘Sacred Pause’

'Sacred Pause' is a nourishing ONLINE workshop for exhausted Mothers offering Gentle Yoga in Bed, Guided Journalling and a long Guided Relaxation, ALL FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR BED!!

What will we do?

  • Breathing and Gentle Yogic Movement to release the day - which you can do in bed.

  • Some prompted journalling to help you go inwards and uncover, or release, anything you need to.

  • Followed by deep guided relaxation using my voice, healing sound and soothing music.

All you will need is:

- Your bed or a yoga mat and floor space
- A candle to light
- Blankets and pillows
- Notepad and pen
- Headphones

Anyone who identifies as a mother is welcome. Come as you are. You can turn your camera off once we get started. If your baby is still awake at this time, but you’d like to join with them, just mute your sound, snuggle them in with you and let them be soothed by the calming atmosphere too. Alternatively, if your big kid is still getting to bed at this time and you can’t make it live, you can catch the replay, which I will email out within 24hrs.

Thank you so much for Sacred Pause. I can’t tell you how much it was exactly what I needed. I don’t ever find anyone who teaches as good as you do. It’s the first time in months that I’ve come home to myself fully and felt like Me! Knowing - it’s okay, I’m okay. I just found a bit of self love, and calm, and respite, and strength actually, in this crazy world of doing. It’s no accident that this morning I was inspired to wake up before the kids and do my own Yoga practice. Until now, my head’s been so busy. I find it really hard, and then attack myself for being so busy minded. But this morning I walked out of the house feeling - It’s okay…it’s a lot but it’s okay. And we’re going to manage it. So thank you. x
