Mama, if you are feeling the call for deep rest and connection with nature and yourself, come gather with me and other like-minded Mothers, for this exquisite Mini Retreat on the beach. There will be:
Cacao Ceremony, Meditation, Yoga and Dance Release round the Fire, optional Sea Swim, Yoga Nidra, Deep Connection and Sisterhood.
CHILLED MAMA is a potent and magical gathering of Mothers for a relaxing morning of rest, release, empowerment and deep connection to who you truly are.
We come together to reconnect to ourselves and nature, on the beautiful, natural, secret-wilderness of The Warren Beach in Folkestone.
Mama - When we give all of ourselves to everyone else, all of the time, there comes a point where there is not enough left.
We become exhausted, depleted, and lose all sense of Self.
CHILLED MAMA is designed to reset you, reconnect you with who you are, and shed and release all the things that are weighing you doing or making you feel stuck.
It’s a Mini Retreat experience with a huge impact.
And taking this to the beach is even more powerful, as we will be connecting deeply with all the elements of nature and the energies and rythmns of the Earth.

What will we do?
Cacao Ceremony and Circle.
Breathwork and Meditation to allow you to turn away from the external stimulation and reconnect to yourself and nature.
Movement to release all the tension you are holding on to and to move you out of your head and into your body.
Dancing round the Fire
A deep Guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), accompanied by the sounds of the waves, to gently soothe and heal your nervous system.
Sea Swim (optional)
Who is Chilled Mama for?
The Mother who is feeling anxious and exhausted.
The Mother who is overwhelmed by all the to-do’s.
The Mother who is desperate for a bit of quiet time alone.
The Mother who normally functions by just ‘keeping going’ but then crashes or gets ill.
The Mother who is finding herself snapping more than usual right now.
The Mother who feels like she’s lost herself.
The Mother who finds this time of year difficult.
The Mama who just needs a rest!
Anyone who identifies as a mother is welcome. It doesn’t matter the age of your child.
Small babies are welcome if you are not in a position to come alone. Please see below for details regarding access to the beach.
What to bring
Blanket/Rug to go on the sand
Yoga Mat, Pillow and Blankets for the practices.
Protective Sun wear (sunglasses/hats/sunscreen) as we will be exposed to the elements.
Sock/layers/eye pillow for the relaxation part.
Swimming costume and towel if you'd like to swim.
Bottle of water.
Access to the beach
The Warren is a secluded natural beach which is a little tricky to access.
There are 2 points of access, both beginning between 49-77 Wear Bay Road, One is not accessible with wheels/buggy.
Both routes have some free parking options but involve a 15-20 minute walk to the beach itself.

Please ensure you factor in this extra time to get to the beach for 9.30am.
Please note: there are no toilets at the beach, but wild wees are welcome (female urine is actually good for the Earth!). There are public toilets at the two access points mentioned above but they are approx. 20min+ walk from the beach.
You are welcome to bring your baby along if you need to. But please be aware of the walking distance from the car parks. Please do message me if you’d like to talk about how to make this work.
It’s going to be a really special morning - ultimate rest and relaxation, full of incredible Earth energy, surrounded by ALL the elements and deep connection.
