Dancing and Movement are a big part of my teachings.
To 'Become Wild' we have to fully inhabit our beautiful bodies, so there will be lots of guided Wild dancing throughout this programme.

JOIN BECOMING WILD
âWhen I first heard about BECOMING WILD it felt like the universe putting all of the things I was craving into one place/programme. I felt like I was missing so much of what I wanted to be, and of what life has to offer.
Since completing the programme Iâve found a new confidence and self-love, which has filtered into a deeper connection with my own emotions and helped me to embody the parenting practices of holding space for their emotions in a more honest and love-filled way rather than as a âstrategyâ, and in turn I feel so much more connected and aligned as a Mother.

Why I Created Becoming Wild
When I became a Mother I cracked open. And I have had many rock-bottoms since then.
But what they have allowed me to do is really find myself. Really learn and understand who I am, what I stand for, and how I want to live. Iâve literally fallen in love with myself!Â

That doesnât mean I wake up everyday and look in the mirror and think God, youâre amazing - I have highs and lows too, and continue to ride the waves of being human, being a Mother, being in a marriage, but even when I am going through a struggle or having a challenging time, underneath it all, I truly love myself.
Everything else is figureoutable, because now, at my core, I know who I am, and love who I am.Â
How did I get to this place?
I kept asking questions.Â
I continue to challenge everything so that every choice I make comes from my true being. Iâm still learning and questioning every day, but thatâs the key - challenging whatever it is yourâe being faced with.Â
To be a Wild Woman is to live in that truth - To be fully connected to our truth. And to live a fantastically Wild life.
I still do all the mundane stuff, that you have to do as a parent, but in my cellsâŚ
I am Wild - a free being, who questions, and trusts, and feels, and connects inwards, and with nature.Â
I feel confident.
To get there you gotta smash down the walls, you gotta break out of the cage.Â
But first you gotta recognise what those walls are.
We start by recognising our triggers - questioning why they trigger us, feeling all it makes us feel, learning how to deal with it, let go, unchain ourselves from those triggers, and inhabit our bodies.Â
Our bodies tell us when something is right or wrong:

They tell us if something is safe or not. When something is hot or cold, and what our preferences are. So we gotta start learning to listen to our bodies.
Â
Our bodies also hold on to a lot of our past, our pain, our suffering, our joy (ever seen a photo of a forgotten happy memory and felt the same warmth in your stomach or emotions in your heart several years on?). That's the body. It keeps the score.Â
Our heads on the other hand are serious about protecting us:
They will do so by analysing every little thing, weighing up best and worse case scenarios (most often just the worst-case scenarioâs so they can preempt how to keep us safe).
It can catapult us back to the past or into the future (which is all speculative or assumption) when we are trying to be present.Â
Often resulting in feelings of anxiety.
Â
Only our bodies can help us come back to the present.
Our minds will keep us caged.Â
Our bodies will make us stay wild.
âI was hesitant to join initially, I didnât feel like I had time, with juggling everything else, I also thought that I shouldnât spend as much money on myself. And I couldnât really believe that it would actually help - even though I really wanted it to and really hoped it would! I also thought my partner would think I was bonkers to join it!
Iâm so glad I took the leap. Iâd been feeling lost and adrift. I felt I wasnât able to enjoy the moments with my children and my partner, which made me frustrated. But now I feel lighter, more positive, more authentic and true to myself, and I can share my desires in an honest and comfortable way. Itâs been great for us all.â
