I offer these classes in termly blocks. By committing to a term:

  • You’ll give yourself the opportunity to build up your muscular strength & cardiovascular fitness. 

  • You’ll be able to pick up the routine. We work on the same routine over the course of the term, adding new choreography each week.

  • You’ll see a noticeable difference in your physical & mental wellbeing by the end of the term.

  • You’ll feel part of an uplifting and supportive community.

  • You’ll benefit from a discounted rate by booking the full term.

Can I just drop in?

Whilst I recommend booking the full term to reap ALL of the benefits, I do also offer drop-in places each week.
Single class rate is ÂŁ13.
